They all knew Chaos would be back someday, they just didn't expect that day to come so soon. The peace that has come is a deception and the Sailor Senshi's time as regular girls was short.

This time will be different. This time Chaos wants revenge and it is the Sailor Soldiers who will pay for defying her. Chibi-Usa is sent back to warn the Senshi and to prepare them, but this time they won't be able to do it on their own. They'll have to depend on the Chibi Senshi, thirteen normal girls who hold the power to save the world; if they can pull together in time.

As if that isn't bad enough even stranger things are happening. New Senshi and Heroes are popping up and with them come new Enemies all with their own powers and their own agendas, and what about the parties who have yet to choose a side? Will they join the Senshi or will they fall to Chaos?
